G-Day - 1st July Provisional Schedule

We have a provisional schedule for the "Big One": G-Day 1st July - an Lá Mór!

We would ask anybody who wishes to take part to email smb.gteam@mail.com,or even better to come along to the meetings, Thursday evenings in the National School at 8pm.

We especially need activities for the morning, as the cameras will be around from 10 am! All ideas welcome.

G-Day Launch - 9th June

The full launch of the G-Day campaign will be on Thursday next 9th June, with cameras in the village from about 1.30 pm. Please note changed timetable.

                        (all are welcome)

5.30                 Walkabout around village
Please help if you are in the village at this time by speaking the "cúpla focal" in the local shops or on the street.

Meeting

The next planning and information meeting is on Thursday 2nd June in the Sixmilebridge National School.

Cruinniú 26 Bealtaine

There was a meeting of interested parties in the National School last night, 26th May. There was a good turnout, though it was acknowledged the business people of the area need to be kept informed and on board with the campaign.
Bhí a lán le phlé ar an oíche, agus tá a lán le déanamh anois!
We had some great discussion, in Irish and (mostly) English, and there are mighty plans afoot!
